I was truly impressed with your attention to detail and professionalism, organizing the perfectly fabulous wedding reception for Maddie and Steve.
The food and drinks were exceptional. Also, thank you for all the wonderful additionals of the wine and delicious Roederer Estate Sparkling wine ( a speical thank you to Craig)
So many people have told Reid and I that this reception was one of the best weddings they had ever attended. In other words - the wedding WAS A BLAST!
P.S. Looking forward to the next party! The City Club is the BEST!

It was a day we will never forget and you plaed a huge part in it! We are so thankful for and humbled by everything you did for us. We absolutely loved the mirrors in the Ballroom - it truly looked like a fairytale wedding with all the colors and flowers reflecting throughout the space. The care that each staff member put into making sure our day was dreamy is what meant the absolute most to us. We cannot get over how attentive and kind Dora was to tend to every need and make sure we were taken care of throughout the day. Kelly worked with us for months to make sure we had every detail planned. From cake stands, table sizes and layout, the perfect menu, to taking care of our vendors. Kelly is one of the most thoughtful and organized people we have ever met.

Choosing to have my wedding at City Club in Fort Worth was the best decision I made for my wedding. when you have your wedding at City Club, not only is it stunning, impeccably staffed and with amazing food; you get to work with Kelly! She is a veteran of the wedding industry and is truly a gem of a human being. From the moment I met her, I knew this was the woman that would make the best day of my life possible. What I did not know was that there would be a global pandemic and two postponements before this day happened! I feel truly blessed to have gone through being a covid bride with Kelly and the crew at City Club. There were so many time our doubt, stress and anxiety during the wedding planning process was due to the pandemic....but at every turn Kelly was there to calm my nerves or help me make decisions nad find solutions. She truly goes above nad beyond with her brides. Our guests said our wedding was the most elegant an dmost fun wedding they have ever been to. I feel so privileged to be a City Club bride and I will really miss emailing with Kelly! Thank you for making the happiest day of possible!

Wow, What an amazing experience! Kelly is one of my favorite people now. She was the best to work with. Caring, professional, prompt and knowledgeable. We first looked at the venue but went in another direction. When things did not go well in the other directions, Kelly was there to save the day. Through 3 date changes, we finally made it but it was an experience our friends, family will never forget! I'll miss working with Kelly for sure.

City Club of Fort Worth was the perfect venue for our wedding reception! We had our reception there during the COVID-19 craziness (August 2020), so naturally there was a lot that could have gone wrong. However, Kelly & City Club were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond all of my expectations! We had a tiny reception with only 14 guests. I knew of City Club's outstanding reputation for huge weddings but hadn't heard of many small wedding receptions taking place there. Let me tell you - if you're looking for a reception venue - big, medium, or small, you cannot go wrong with City Club!!! Our experience could not have been any more superb!
Kelly went so above & beyond to accommodate all of requests & needs. She is truly a one-of-a-kind event coordinator because she genuinely cares & wants to do everything possible to make your day special & cater to your individual needs. I cannot say enough wonderful things about City Club & Kelly! The food was marvelous & we received non-stop compliments. Everyone greatly appreciated the precautions City Club took for COVID; it was perfect - not too much, not too little, just right & they did things I wouldn't have thought of myself, like pre-plating the hors d'oeuvres cheese & crackers, which I was impressed by. I will be recommending City Club to everyone I know for years to come after such a remarkable experience! Thank you City Club & Kelly, for giving us such an incredible wedding reception!
